CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A parachutist has been charged after becoming stuck on an Uptown apartment building in the middle of the night, according to Charlotte Fire. Just after 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18, firefighters were called to the 500 block of South Church Street after hearing of a person stuck on the outside of a high-rise.
