Elle Jo Kramschuster’s passing on May 24, 2025, at the tender age of 24, has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of the Bloomer, Wisconsin community and beyond. Known for her boundless compassion, deep kindness, and unwavering love for animals—especially her beloved cat Rue—Elle was a shining light whose warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Her departure has prompted an outpouring of grief from family, friends, and neighbors who continue to cherish the lasting memories she created.

Born on November 14, 2000, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Elle was raised in Bloomer, where she was embraced with love by her family and community. From a young age, she demonstrated a heart full of generosity and a genuine desire to help others. Whether offering a comforting presence, lending a helping hand, or sharing encouraging words, Elle’s kindness left an indelible mark on those around her.

A devoted daughter to Gary and Staci Kramschuster, and a loving sister to Shelby Pond and Trey Kramschuster, Elle’s family was central to her life. She also cherished her role as aunt to Sadie and Luca, nurturing those relationships with care and affection. Her family remembers her not only as a beloved relative but as a source of joy and light within their lives.

Elle’s passion for animals was well-known throughout the community. She was a dedicated advocate for animal welfare, often volunteering and supporting local efforts to improve the lives of animals in need. Her deep love for her cat, Rue, was emblematic of the compassion she extended to all living beings. Friends recall her gentle spirit and the comfort she found in caring for animals—a testament to her nurturing nature.

The impact Elle had on the Bloomer community and the wider Chippewa Valley region is reflected in the heartfelt tributes pouring in from those who knew her. Her spirit of generosity and kindness has inspired many, creating a legacy that will endure far beyond her years.

As the community prepares to say goodbye, a memorial gathering will be held at Thompson Funeral Home & Chippewa Valley Cremation Services on June 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul’s Catholic Church from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Family, friends, and community members will come together to celebrate Elle’s life, honor her memory, and support one another through their shared grief.

In recognition of Elle’s passion for animals, the family kindly requests that donations in her memory be made to the Chippewa Humane Association, continuing her commitment to animal welfare and providing comfort to the creatures she so dearly loved.
