WASHINGTON, D.C. — A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place on June 28 in the 2600 block of Bowen Road, Southeast. At approximately 7:05 p.m., two suspects approached a victim, demanded property, and one suspect brandished a gun. The suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle driven by additional accomplices. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred yesterday near the intersection of Jennifer Street NW and Connecticut Avenue NW. The suspect, described as a Black female with a brown complexion, is estimated to be between 5’7” and 5’8” tall and weighing around 140 to 150 pounds. The woman was last seen wearing black pants and possibly a gray sweatshirt, fleeing the scene barefoot in an unknown direction. WASHINGTON, D.C. — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred in Southwest D.C. on July 6. The incident took place at approximately 5:40 a.m. in the 500 block of C Street, where two suspects reportedly used force to steal property from the victim. Security personnel detained one suspect at the scene, while the second suspect fled. Following an investigation, a 16-year-old male from Northeast was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Robbery. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue on August 24 at approximately 5:39 p.m., where they found Simpson suffering from gunshot wounds.
