WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man has been arrested following an attempted burglary at a closed restaurant in the 1800 block of Columbia Road, Northwest, early Saturday morning. At approximately 5:55 a.m., an employee spotted the suspect inside the restaurant and immediately alerted police. As officers arrived on the scene, the suspect tried to escape with restaurant property but was quickly located on the roof of the establishment.
