On Monday, September 30, at approximately 4:21 p.m., Fourth District officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 5900 block of Georgia Avenue. Upon arrival, officers learned that a group of juveniles had been involved in an altercation when the suspect began firing a weapon. Lincoln, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested Antonio Young, 44, of Dover, for felony drug charges after executing a search warrant at a Lincoln residence last week.
