The identification of the person involved in a fatal crash has been verified by Omaha authorities. Around 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, the collision happened near 132nd Street and West Center Road. A 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan was moving east when it collided with a 2020 Chevy Silverado that was also going east, according to police reports. The Volkswagen then lost control of the vehicle and struck a post. The driver, named as Linda Moon, 64, was taken to the hospital and subsequently declared dead.
