Gregory Johnson dies in fatal Richardson, Texas shooting Fatal Richardson, Texas shooting death of Gregory Johnson – Obituary Gregory Johnson, 59, was shot and killed in his home on Wake Drive in Richardson, Texas, on Thursday night.   Police responded to a 911 call just before 9:15 p.m., where 81-year-old Douglas Ervin admitted to shooting his roommate.
