Seventeen-year-old rising TikTok star Nahsiyah Turner, known to her followers as Siyah, tragically died in a shooting outside a Southern California mall on January 18. Turner, who had amassed over 310,000 followers on TikTok, was shot in the chest. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire at the Los Cerritos Center shopping mall around 7:30 p.m. and found her unconscious in a vehicle, according to CBS News. She was unresponsive and not breathing when discovered and was later pronounced dead at the hospital, officials said.
