CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A south Charlotte house went up in flames Friday night. The Charlotte Fire Department responded to a home around 7 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 1000 block of Montford Drive, near Woodlawn Road. Crews observed heavy fire upon arrival.
