MEMPHIS, TN – A mass shooting in South Memphis on Wednesday afternoon left two people dead and three others critically injured following a violent exchange of gunfire inside a residence near LeMoyne-Owen College. The shooting occurred at a home on College Park Drive, just yards away from the LeMoyne-Owen College campus and in close proximity to a daycare and tutoring facility. HOUSTON COUNTY, Texas (KETK)- Officials have opened an investigation after 14 stolen cattle were found in an abandoned trailer in Houston County and eight of the cattle were found dead. According to Houston County Sheriff Zak Benge, his office received a call regarding an abandoned trailer on Highway 19 South. The victim was flown to a Tyler hospital where he is now on life support, the sheriff’s office said. The dispute is suspected to be over a woman who was at the scene.
