Police arrested 36-year-old Anthony Trabue on March 28 after a brief standoff with LMPD SWAT officers. During his arraignment from Bullitt County jail on Friday, a judge set a $500,000 full cash bond. Trabue’s arrest came after a co-defendant, 35-year-old Kristy Brumley, was arrested last week. Joshua Smith, of Louisville, was sentenced in a Floyd County courtroom Friday morning after he agreed to a plea deal in February. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Mail delays in Louisville are over, according to U.S. Postal Service spokeswoman Susan Wright. However, she would not answer questions about when the delays were fixed or what steps were taken to resolve the issues. The statement comes after WDRB uncovered images of bins packed with mail in January at the Gardiner Lane location, causing weeks-long delays. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Muldraugh, Kentucky police officer found himself on the wrong side of the jail bars. According to an arrest report, Muldraugh Police Officer Jay Burke was arrested for allegedly being impaired while on duty. He was taken into custody by the Meade County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police at the Muldraugh City Hall on Thursday.
