Joshua Smith, of Louisville, was sentenced in a Floyd County courtroom Friday morning after he agreed to a plea deal in February. However, she would not answer questions about when the delays were fixed or what steps were taken to resolve the issues. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Muldraugh, Kentucky police officer found himself on the wrong side of the jail bars. According to an arrest report, Muldraugh Police Officer Jay Burke was arrested for allegedly being impaired while on duty. He was taken into custody by the Meade County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police at the Muldraugh City Hall on Thursday.
