We are deeply concerned as the search for Dan Erskine, a missing person from the Rolla area, continues. Dan, who was last spotted wearing a black Carhartt coat with a hood, a red and black checked shirt, blue jeans, and brown cowboy boots. Accompanying him was his dog, Bayley, which may serve as an important clue to help identify him if spotted. Unfortunately, Dan did not have his phone with him, further complicating efforts to track his movements or establish contact. GASTONIA, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Officials are asking for the public’s help in finding a man with dementia who went missing from Gastonia. Thomas Alexander Waterson, 84, was seen driving a gold 2017 Ford Escape with the North Carolina license plate TVM1239 away from Kinmere Drive in Gastonia, according to the NC Center for Missing Persons. Mr. Waterson is said to have dementia. He is described as a white man standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighing about 127 pounds.
