Authorities report that a 22-year-old woman from Stillwater died in a collision on State Highway 33 in Payne County on Wednesday night. According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report, the crash occurred around 9:15 p.m. when a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, heading east on State Highway 33, attempted to pass four vehicles in a designated passing zone. During the maneuver, the Malibu collided head-on with a 2011 Ford F-250. The driver of the Malibu, identified as Terra Richmond, was pronounced dead at the scene.
