CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Salisbury man is the second person to be charged in a Charlotte murder, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department reports. On Thursday, Feb. 13, CMPD and the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Travaree D’Von Miller in connection with the death of 33-year-old Diondre Bittle last December.
