A senseless and tragic act of violence has shaken the community near Ohio State University, after a 32-year-old woman, Autumn Ward, was found fatally shot in an apartment on Chittenden Avenue. The Columbus police department responded to a 911 call just before 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning, which led them to the scene of the crime. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ward’s lifeless body in the apartment, with a gunshot wound.
