HOMICIDE — 23-year-old man killed in accidental shooting On 1/30/2025 around 9:55 p.m., Officers responded to a shooting at Terrace Park near 25th and Memorial. When Officers arrived, they found the shooting victim, 23-year-old Dylan Wade, with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Wade was taken to the hospital and died a short time later. The $39 million sale transitions the troubled shopping area from Spinoso Real Estate Group to Georgia-based Hull Properties, court documents show. The price is a stark difference from Northlake’s previous sale in 2014, $248 million.
