CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person was shot and four people have been arrested after a shooting Thursday morning, the City of Concord confirms. Around 10 a.m. on Feb. 13, officers were called to Alberta Court near Old Charlotte Road, where they found one person shot. The victim was taken to the hospital. The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office found a vehicle reportedly linked to the shooter at a Harrisburg park. A drone and K9s were used to catch four suspects who have since been transferred to police custody. Officials have not said what charges the four are facing…
