Angelo Long, 45, who has no fixed address, was arrested on Monday for his involvement in a violent robbery. The incident took place on the evening of Wednesday, July 3, in the 900 block of Randolph Street, where the suspect forcibly stole property from a victim and fled. The victim, who refused medical treatment, had been approached by Long who then executed the robbery. After weeks of investigative work, detectives were able to apprehend Long on charges of Robbery involving Force and Violence.

WASHINGTON, DC—A fatal shooting incident in Southeast resulted in one death and left another person critically injured. D.C. Metro Police Department officers were dispatched just before 2:30 am Tuesday to the 4000 block of South Capitol Street after receiving reports of gunfire. BALTIMORE, MD—Two males were arrested in Baltimore’s Western District after a high-stakes vehicle chase on July 15. Members of Foxtrot were tracking a stolen vehicle traveling through the area. Patrol officers joined the pursuit and attempted to stop the vehicle, which ultimately collided with a patrol car and crashed. The stolen vehicle’s occupants then attempted to escape on foot. Police successfully apprehended a 24-year-old male and a 20-year-old male shortly after. During the incident, officers recovered two loaded handguns. Both suspects now face charges and will be processed at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
