The crash happened around 11 a.m. near Outing Avenue and East Shore Road. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Four people were injured Wednesday morning in a multi-vehicle crash in Southeast D.C., including one person who was trapped inside their car, according to the DC Fire and EMS Department.
