BALTIMORE, Md. – Authorities are investigating a shooting that left an 18-year-old male critically injured in the Eastern District on July 16. At around 8:46 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Lawnview Avenue for a shooting report. Upon arrival, they found an 18-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Kennedy, 34, entered her plea in the Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas on July 12, before Judge Mark C. Fleegle. Kennedy was charged with felony disrupting public services, felony making false alarms, and 25 counts of misdemeanor misuse of 911 systems. At approximately 5:41 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue for a report of a shooting.
