Washington, D.C. – A man has been arrested for possessing over $3,800 worth of stolen Lululemon merchandise. On Saturday, members of the Robbery Suppression Unit were patrolling in the 3400 block of 12th Street, Northeast, when they observed a car commit a traffic violation. The officers conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver, 30-year-old Charles Mitchell-Baynes of Northwest, in possession of stolen Lululemon merchandise and illegal substances. Baltimore, Maryland – Early Tuesday morning, officers arrested two juveniles driving a stolen vehicle in the Central District. At approximately 1:08 a.m., officers patrolling the area received a call about juveniles driving a stolen vehicle on the 700 block of Wharton Street. They canvassed the area and located the vehicle.
