DUMFRIES, Va. — A man was arrested in Virginia Beach nearly a week after a fatal carjacking outside a Dumfries apartment complex. Keith Anthony McBride, 41, is accused of carjacking Jose Vasquez Galvan outside the Oasis at Montclair Apartments on July 20, according to the Prince William County Police Department. During the incident, Galvan grabbed onto the gold Lexus SUV as McBride was driving in reverse. McBride allegedly crashed into another car, reversed again, and ran over Galvan before driving away.
