WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police swiftly apprehended three suspects following an unarmed carjacking incident in Southeast. On Saturday, July 27, just before 11 p.m., two suspects confronted victims in the 5300 block of East Capitol Street, Southeast, demanding they exit their vehicle. The victims complied, and the suspects fled with the car. Shortly afterward, the Real Time Crime Center and the Air Support Unit located the stolen vehicle with three suspects inside.
