Officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department responded to a shooting at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the 5800 block of Timber Creek Terrace. Upon arrival, they discovered 43-year-old David Johnson inside an apartment building with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man was arrested for repeatedly stealing from a 7-Eleven store in Northwest Washington, D.C., according to the D.C. Metro Police Department. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Malik Bristol of Northwest D.C., was apprehended on Sunday, August 4, at approximately 8 a.m. after stealing items from the 7-Eleven located in the 4000 block of Georgia Avenue. BALTIMORE, MD — A 16-year-old girl was shot during an attempted carjacking in the 800 block of West Lombard Street on Saturday, August 3. The incident occurred at approximately 7:20 p.m. when the victim and two others were approached by a suspect wearing a black ski mask and armed with a handgun. The suspect demanded they exit the vehicle while parked in the 5100 block of Levindale Road.
