MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – Authorities have identified Angela Marie Brill, 56, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, as the victim of a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday near the Howard and Montgomery county lines. The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) reported that the crash happened around 5:11 p.m. near Georgia Avenue between Triadelphia Lake Road.
