BALTIMORE, MD — An 18-year-old male was shot late Sunday night in Baltimore’s Northern District. At approximately 11:22 p.m. on September 22, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3200 block of Greenmount Avenue. Upon arrival, they found the teenager with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where his injury is considered non-life-threatening. Northern District detectives are investigating. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 9:06 p.m. They found an unidentified female suffering from a gunshot wound and immediately attempted life-saving measures. Medics transported the victim to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Homicide detectives are leading the investigation.
