BALTIMORE, MD— Southwest District Action Team Officers arrested a 12-year-old boy on West Fayette Street. The boy was observed displaying characteristics of an armed person. During the investigation, officers seized a loaded handgun from the juvenile, which was later determined to be stolen from South Carolina.
