Whiteside is wanted for questioning regarding a robbery that took place on July 28. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. after the victim responded to a post on Facebook Marketplace to buy a PlayStation video game console. UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department responded to a shots-fired incident at 1400 Genesee St on Monday at approximately 9:00 PM. A bullet had traveled through a wall into an adjacent apartment, causing a hole but injuring no one. Upon arrival, officers secured the scene and engaged with individuals in both apartments. A search waiver was granted for the apartment from which the shots were believed to have originated. CUMBERLAND, MD – A coordinated warrant sweep conducted in Allegany County on Monday led to multiple arrests and the serving of several warrants across the region. Agencies involved included the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, Cumberland City Police Department, Maryland State Police, Maryland Warrant Apprehension Unit, and the Allegany County Detention Center. The sweep resulted in 27 warrants served, two criminal summons, and four arrests for controlled dangerous substances (CDS). GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – Gloucester Township Police arrested a shoplifting crew accused of multiple thefts after an incident involving an assault on an officer at the Gloucester Premium Outlets. On Sunday, Gloucester Township Police were investigating a crew of serial shoplifters believed to be from Pennsylvania. BALTIMORE, Md. – Authorities in Baltimore announced the arrest of two juveniles following an armed robbery on Thursday night. The incident occurred around 10:04 p.m. at the intersection of Light and Lombard Streets. According to police, officers responded to a call and found a male and female complainant who said they had been approached and robbed at gunpoint. UTICA, N.Y. – The City of Utica Police Department identified the deceased individual in Saturday’s shooting homicide on the 1100 block of Brinckerhoff Avenue as Jeffrey Nash, 46, of Utica. UTICA, NY — On Saturday, Utica Police officers responded to a “Shotspotter” alert of gunfire in front of a residence on the 1600 block of Seymour Avenue. Police officers discovered three .40 caliber spent shell casings in front of the residence. No persons were injured, and no property damage was identified. Data from the “Shotspotter” technology indicated that the gunfire came from a slow-moving motor vehicle. No one from the public called 911 to report the incident. ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The Atlantic City Police Department recovered a handgun from an occupant who fled a vehicle crash. On Sunday at 7:50 p.m., patrol officers responded to Route 30 and Grammercy Avenue for a motor vehicle crash.
