New York, NY – On Sunday at approximately 4:13 p.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault near West 165th Street and Riverside Drive within the confines of the 33 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers were informed by witnesses that a 22-year-old male pushed a 44-year-old female, identified as Vianel Garcia of 63 East 115th Street, down a grass embankment in a park, causing serious injuries. Upon arrival, officers found a 34-year-old male with a stab wound to the chest and a 31-year-old male with a stab wound to his torso.
