Stafford County, VA — The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office announced that Andrew Chapel Road has reopened following an incident where an oversized truck got stuck under the bridge on Tuesday. The roadway was closed at Brooke Road due to a truck becoming wedged in the underpass. The public was advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes. Woodbridge, VA – A 53-year-old man was the victim of a carjacking early Monday morning at Prince William Plaza, located at 14428 Richmond Hwy, Woodbridge.
