Brooklyn, NY – The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office announced plans to vacate the conviction of Keith Roberts, who was imprisoned for eight years for a 1986 murder based on testimony from a single and unreliable witness. DOVER, Del. — The Dover Police Department has arrested 21-year-old Alexander Singletary of Smyrna in connection with the fatal shooting of Barry Best, 50, of Dover, that occurred on September 30, authorities announced Thursday. Singletary was taken into custody on October 2 after the department’s Special Operations Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of New Castle Avenue.
