BRONX, N.Y. — On Thursday, July 25, 2024, at approximately 2:57 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding an unresponsive individual at 946 College Avenue, located within the confines of the 44th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers found a 46-year-old male, later identified as Eric Ballek, unconscious and unresponsive inside the location.
