WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — On July 25, at approximately 7:04 p.m., Wilkes-Barre City Police arrested Fernandito Arroyo, 26, following a vehicle and foot pursuit in the South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard area. Officers on patrol attempted to stop a Dodge Charger driven by Arroyo near South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and East Northampton Street. Arroyo failed to stop, leading officers on a chase. The pursuit ended when Arroyo crashed his vehicle into several unoccupied cars. He then fled on foot but was apprehended shortly after.
