The incident occurred at approximately 9:00 a.m. as the victim was walking southbound at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 23rd Street. An unknown individual approached him and slapped him in his face, resulting in a laceration to his lip. Baltimore, MD — The Baltimore Police Department reported a significant arrest made by the Central District Action Team on July 26, 2024.
