Marciel Mojica, 50, was taken into custody at approximately 10:53 p.m. on October 2 within the 49th Precinct. Officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:13 p.m. on October 4 and arrived at 319 Beach 54th Street, within the 101st Precinct.
