BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a shooting in the Northern District after a man sought treatment for a gunshot wound at a local hospital on Friday night. At approximately 10:03 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Cottage Avenue following reports of a shooting. Shortly afterward, a 34-year-old man arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound to his right thigh. Authorities stated that the victim is in stable condition.
