This afternoon in New Jersey, you’re in for a pleasant and sunny day with temperatures reaching around 77°F. A light breeze from the northeast at about 10 mph will add to the comfortable conditions. Tonight, the skies will remain mostly clear, and temperatures will cool down to a crisp 53°F. Winds will be calm, shifting to a gentle north breeze after midnight. Sunday will start off similarly, with sunny skies and a slightly cooler high near 73°F. Winds from the north will gradually turn southeast in the afternoon, but remain light at 5 to 10 mph. Later in the evening,…
So, Earth has a “new moon,” but before you get too excited about a cosmic sidekick, let’s set the record straight. Earth is not suddenly a two-moon planet. What’s really happening is that a little asteroid, officially named 2024 PT5, has wandered into Earth’s gravitational neighborhood. But is it a moon? No. Let’s break this down: The object in question is a 33-foot-wide rock. While we can’t trust her on this, if it is true, why is New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy still pushing a failing agenda that his endorsed candidate does not support? In fact, Murphy will be raising money for Harris today in New Jersey with…
It seems like everywhere you turn, the U.S. is sending millions of dollars overseas to help other countries rebuild their power grids and provide humanitarian aid. While that’s all well and good, let’s not forget the fact that plenty of Americans right here at home are living without those very same necessities. Take North Carolina and other parts of the South, for instance. Hurricane Helene left countless people without power, clean water, and access to food. Some are still waiting for the lights to come back on. Homes have been destroyed, supplies are scarce, and many communities feel left behind…
