UTICA, NY- The Utica Police Department, in collaboration with Ilion Police Department, arrested Michael Jenkins, 25, of Utica on Tuesday in connection with a Grand Larceny investigation. Ilion Police had reported the theft of a wallet and credit cards from a vehicle in Ilion. The department noted that the cards were later used by the suspect at Walmart. UTICA – The Utica Police Department has charged a local man in connection with the theft of credit cards from an employee at a healthcare facility. The incident, reported in mid-August, involved an individual allegedly rummaging through the victim’s purse, stealing her wallet and credit cards.
