Jackson, NJ – Jackson Township officials are shocked and angry after three men accused in an attempted murder incident on Larsen Road earlier this summer have all been released from jail under New Jersey’s Bail Reform Act. The three men, Noah Phelp,s 24, Grann Franzon, 32, and Michael Vulpis, 26, assaulted a 27-year-old victim and shot him in the face. The victim survived, but this week, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Bilhimer announced that a New Jersey judge had released two of the men involved after their pre-trial hearing. TETERBORO, N.J. — The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating after a business jet crashed through the window of a building at Teterboro Airport Thursday night while taxiing. Stafford, VA – A 46-year-old Spotsylvania man was apprehended for driving under the influence after medics observed erratic driving on Kings Highway. On Tuesday at approximately 10:33 p.m., Sergeant S.C. Jett responded to Kings Highway for a reckless driver report. A King George medic reported following a silver SUV swerving across lanes. QUEENS, N.Y. — A 74-year-old woman has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a 76-year-old man late Friday night in Queens, according to the New York Police Department. Officers from the 109th Precinct responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:45 p.m. Friday at 23-37 120th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim, identified as Kuen Tat Ho, with multiple stab wounds to his head, back, and torso. Pittsburgh, PA- Pittsburgh Police Zone 1 detectives observed a carjacking incident near Middle Street and E. Ohio just after 5:23 p.m. on Sunday. Following the carjacking, the male suspect initiated a chase north on I-279. He then returned into Oakland and continued through the Strip District. Officers terminated the pursuit due to pedestrian density and significant vehicle traffic complexity in the area. The suspect drove through Downtown before crossing back to the North Side.
