UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department arrived on the scene of a shooting investigation on the 1100 block of Brinckerhoff Ave. on Saturday, At approximately 2:20 PM on Sunday, Utica Police and Utica Fire units were dispatched to an address on the 1100 block of Brinckerhoff Ave for a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim was immediately transported to Wynn Hospital where he is currently undergoing care. The status of the male will be updated when available. PERTH AMBOY, NJ – Authorities announced a fatal stabbing incident in Perth Amboy resulting in the death of 40-year-old Rosana Rodriguez and subsequent charges against her husband, Wellinton Leonardo. The Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Perth Amboy Police Chief Lawrence Cattano confirmed Leonardo’s charges. On Thursday, around 2:57 AM, a 911 call reported a stabbing at Bertrand Avenue. Officers found both Rodriguez and Leonardo lying on the kitchen floor. Cinnaminson, NJ- Multiple arrests have been made recently by the Cinnaminson Township Police Department in connection with a series of thefts and drug-related incidents. On August 5, Officer Dominic Elly responded to a theft report at Precision Automation Company. The investigation revealed that copper and two entire commercial air conditioning units were stolen, incurring damages estimated at $30,000. Video surveillance helped identify a suspect, who admitted to the theft during an interview conducted by Officer Elly and Officer Adam Somers and was subsequently charged. Utica, NY – At approximately 7:50 PM, Utica Police and Utica Fire units were dispatched to the 300 block of Lansing St for a reported stabbing incident. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a victim with multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to Wynn Hospital where efforts to save his life were unsuccessful, and he succumbed to his injuries. The Crime Scene Unit is currently on the scene processing evidence. HOLMDEL, N.J. — A Tesla traveling eastbound on Main Street crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle before crashing into a building early Friday morning, according to the Holmdel Township Police Department. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Main Street (Route 520) and Holmdel Road. Felton, DE – Delaware State Police are currently investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash that took place on Thursday night in Felton. On Thursday at approximately 8:17 p.m., a 56-year-old man from Felton was driving a GMC Sierra eastbound on Sandtown Road. The vehicle exited a left curve and, for unknown reasons, veered off the south side of the roadway near the 4000 block of Sandtown Road. The truck continued eastward, partially on the grass and roadway, before the driver swerved left. Cumberland, MD – On Friday, officers from the Cumberland Police Department served several arrest warrants for different violations. An arrest warrant was served on Duane Boyd, age 52, from Cumberland, for violations related to a protective order issued on September 13. Boyd is accused of entering the complainant’s property on September 17. He was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and is awaiting his initial appearance. Boyd faces charges including violation of a protective order, trespassing on private property, and harassment.
