The crash took place at approximately 8:35 a.m. A Honda CBR 1000RR motorcycle was traveling southbound on I-95, north of Basin Road. Rivera-Ramirez was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with multiple offenses, including homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, and operating a vehicle without a license. Reid, last seen Sunday around 5 p.m., in the area of Township Line Road in Whiting.
