Akron police detectives are actively investigating a fatal shooting that took the life of 23-year-old Diamond Fisk in the early hours of Sunday morning outside a nightclub in West Akron. According to a statement released by the Akron Police Department, the shooting occurred at approximately 2:16 a.m. in the parking lot of a McDonald’s adjacent to the Empire Lounge, a nightclub located on Merriman Road.
