It has been reported that he was operating the vehicle while under the influence, marking his fourth DWI offense.
Dearman has been arrested and is facing charges of fourth-offense DWI, vehicular homicide, and driving with a suspended license. Additional information has yet to be disclosed, and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
