NANTICOKE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say a woman was arrested after an investigation into drug sales led to the raid of a Luzerne County home.
According to the Nanticoke City Police Department, multiple detective departments initiated an investigation into the sale of methamphetamine and fentanyl from an apartment in the 300 block of South Hanover Street in Nanticoke.
A search warrant was executed on Thursday, February 20 resulting in methamphetamine, cash, and packing materials being seized from the home.
Police say April Lemmie, 46, was arrested after the raid and she has been charged with manufacture or delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Lemmie was taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 bail.
