A juvenile is now charged with two counts of second-degree murder after police say he admitted to shooting a pregnant 15-year-old at his home in Jackson, Tennessee last week.
On January 25, officers with Jackson Police Department say they were called to a shooting in the 100 block of Hardee Street.

Upon arrival, police say they found a pregnant female victim lying on the suspect’s bed suffering from a gunshot wound.
The suspect initially told police that she accidentally shot herself while playing with the gun. But after further investigation, he admitted to shooting her. He says when he took the gun from her, it accidentally discharged.
Police say that she was pregnant with the suspect’s child.
