NC MOUNTAIN COUNTIES (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Three school districts are going remote Tuesday amid single-digit temperatures and lingering winter weather.
Ashe County, Avery County and Watauga County Schools will all be on eLearning on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
Avery County and Watauga County Schools both cited snow and ice as concerns leading to the decision.
