Even though his time with us was far too short, everyone who had the honor of knowing him will treasure the memories and experiences he left behind. Rick’s death has left a void that can never be filled, and his friends, family, and everyone he touched are in deep sorrow.
Several individuals have thought back on Rick’s life and the influence he had on everyone around him as a result of his abrupt departure. His capacity to relate to people, make them laugh, and provide his steadfast support under any situation was a real monument to the type of man he was. We find comfort in the knowledge that Rick has found peace in a place far superior to this world, even though we may never fully comprehend why or how this tragedy happened.

Having met Rick Ellison has improved all of us, and we will continue to pay tribute to him by living with the same bravery, wit, and joy that he so readily demonstrated.
