It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Nate Fletcher, the beloved owner of Ozark Carpentry and Metalworks in Rogers, Arkansas. Nate’s sudden and untimely loss has left a deep void in the lives of his family, friends, and the community he so deeply cared for. A talented craftsman, a loving father, and a friend to many, Nate will be remembered for his kindness, his unwavering work ethic, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.

Nate Fletcher was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, where he attended Rogers High School and later studied at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC). From a young age, Nate was known for his strong character and his dedication to his community. He possessed a unique ability to connect with people, offering help and support to anyone in need. His warmth and generosity made him a beloved figure, not only to his family but to the countless people whose lives he touched over the years.

As the owner of Ozark Carpentry and Metalworks, Nate built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Whether he was designing custom furniture, creating intricate metalworks, or assisting with home renovations, Nate’s attention to detail and commitment to his craft were unmatched. His business was a reflection of who he was as a person—hardworking, dependable, and passionate about doing things right. His reputation for excellence in the local community spoke volumes about his dedication to his craft and his clients.

Beyond his professional life, Nate was a devoted father to his son, Hayden (Baby Fletch). His love for Hayden was apparent in everything he did. In the midst of his busy work schedule, Nate made it a priority to spend quality time with his son. Whether it was playing sports, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply spending time together, Nate cherished every moment with his child. His love for his family was at the core of who he was, and he always made sure that they knew just how much they meant to him.

As Kali Clark, Nate’s sister, so heartbreakingly shared, “With a heavy heart, I hate to say but we have found my brother Nate Fletcher and I hate to say that he is no longer with us anymore.” These words capture the devastating reality of this loss, a loss that leaves a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew Nate. Kali’s message of gratitude toward the community for their support during the search for Nate is a testament to the love and kindness that Nate inspired in others. While the outcome of that search was tragic, it also showed just how deeply people cared for Nate, how his family and friends rallied together to help in any way they could.

The outpouring of support from those who knew Nate has been overwhelming. Nate was not only a friend to many but a brother, a mentor, and a source of inspiration. His friends, such as Allen Son, have expressed the deep pain of losing someone so central to their lives. As Allen wrote, “Man, we had so many great moments together. You were family. It’s so hard to even put into words how bad this hurts. We will never forget you, love you always, brother.” These heartfelt words speak to the extraordinary bond that Nate had with those around him. He was more than just a friend—he was family.

Nate’s loss is not only felt by his family and friends but by the entire Rogers community. He was a dedicated son, brother, and father, always showing up for the people he loved and for his clients. He believed in the importance of community, and his commitment to helping others was evident in every aspect of his life. Nate was someone you could always count on, whether you needed a hand with a project or simply a listening ear.

As we reflect on Nate’s life, we remember a man who lived with integrity and passion. He approached everything he did with dedication and a sense of purpose. His legacy will not only live on through the work he did but through the love he gave to his family and the lasting friendships he built. Nate’s impact was felt by all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to be part of his life.

To Nate’s family, our hearts go out to you during this incredibly difficult time. No words can ease the pain of such a loss, but please know that you are surrounded by a community that loves you and is here to support you. Nate’s love for you was evident in every moment, and his memory will continue to live on in Hayden and in the countless stories, lessons, and memories he leaves behind. We join you in mourning the loss of such a wonderful man, and we are committed to being here for you, now and always. As we say goodbye to Nate, we find comfort in knowing that his legacy will continue to live on through his family, friends, and the work he did.

The laughter, love, and support he shared with so many of us will forever be part of who we are. Nate’s spirit, his passion for life, and his generosity will never be forgotten. Nate Fletcher, you may no longer walk among us, but you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Nate. You will be deeply missed, but your impact on this world and the lives you touched will continue to inspire us all. Your legacy lives on in the memories we cherish, the lessons you taught us, and the love you shared.
