Phil Hanaka was a seasoned attorney with over 19 years of experience, specializing in financial services. He represented national and international financial institutions in various areas of lending, including commercial real estate transactions, construction lending, asset-based lending facilities, syndicated loans, aircraft and yacht financing, and mezzanine loans. His practice was marked by integrity, compassion, and relentless pursuit of the best outcomes for those he served.
Before joining Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, Phil worked as an associate for a firm in Massachusetts and volunteered for the 2002 campaign for Mitt Romney for Governor of Massachusetts. He also worked as a senior associate for a local firm in Fort Lauderdale. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence made him a trusted advisor to clients and a respected mentor to colleagues.
